About Returns and Exchanges

In the unlikely event that there is a defect with the product, please check the information below and contact us.
Once we confirm the details of the defect, we will provide further instructions, so please return the item according to our guidance.
Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for customer convenience.
Additionally, we cannot process returns without prior contact, so please be sure to reach out.

/ If the item is in stock
→ Exchange for the same product

/ If the exchange item is out of stock
→ Exchange for a different product or return for a refund

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if all of the following conditions are met.
/ Within 3 days of receiving the item
/ Does not fall under the following categories

* Customer convenience
1. The product image does not match the actual item.
* There may be differences in color due to lighting during photography, the monitor you are viewing, and the environment in which the product is placed (outdoor, indoor lighting color types).

2. The size is larger or smaller than expected.

3. Minor stains, fraying, wrinkles, odors, or If the bottoms do not have holes in the buttonhole

In that case, you will need to create a hole yourself, so please understand this in advance.

* All products are brand new, but there may be unavoidable issues due to the production process.

4. If you mistakenly selected the wrong product or accidentally ordered duplicates.

5. If the zipper is caught in the clothing.

* This is an issue that occurred during delivery, so please try to gently pull the part that is caught in the clothing.

Please note that returns (refunds) or exchanges for sale items or lucky bags cannot be accepted, so we appreciate your understanding in advance.
