When will it arrive?
- It will arrive in 10 to 30 business days from the order date.
- Order date = payment confirmation date, payment on weekends and holidays will be processed on weekdays. Both are based on business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends and holidays.
- Shipping may be delayed due to delays in delivery due to the circumstances of the shipping company.

Do you charge for shipping?
- Free shipping for purchases over 10,000 yen. For orders under 10,000 yen, the nationwide shipping fee is 1,000 yen. In addition, regarding Hokkaido, Okinawa and other remote islands, even if you purchase over 10,000 yen, shipping will not be free. Please note.
Can I specify the shipping company?
- Products will be delivered by Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport.
Please note that we cannot specify other delivery companies.
Can I specify the delivery date?
- Please note that it is not possible to specify the delivery date and time.
Can I change the shipping address?
- We will change it if you contact us before shipping.
Please contact us with your order number and name.
Changes cannot be made once the delivery arrangements have been completed.
Tracking information will be sent after shipment, so please contact the sales office directly.
Can I cancel the product?
- Cancellation is not possible after payment is completed. Please double check that the item you are purchasing is correct before making payment.
I received a defective product, can I return it?
- If the product is defective, defective, or damaged, please contact us within 3 days after delivery.
When contacting us, please attach a photo showing the area in question.
After confirming the stock status, we will exchange it for the same product.

I have not received an order confirmation email, what should I do?
- Once your order is confirmed, it will be sent to your registered email address.
