Returns and Exchanges

In the unlikely event that an item is defective, please check the following before contacting us.
We will send you a new notice as soon as we confirm the details of the defect.
Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for any reason.
We will not be able to accept any returns without prior notice, so please be sure to contact us.

Flow of handling
In case of stock
→ Exchange with the same product.

If the replacement item is out of stock
→ exchange for another item or return for refund

We will return or exchange an item only if all of the following conditions are met
Within 3 days from the date of receipt
The following conditions do not apply

Customer's Convenience
1. The image is different from the product image.
 There may be a difference in the way the color appears between the image and the actual product, depending on the lighting used for shooting, the monitor on which the product is viewed, and the environment in which the product is placed (outdoor or indoor lighting color).

2. The size of the product is larger or smaller than expected.

3. Some stains, fraying, wrinkles, smells, and other defects may occur.Bottoms have no holes in the buttonholes

In this case, please understand that you will be asked to make the holes by yourself.

 All items are brand new, but because they are inexpensive items, they may have unavoidable defects due to the production process.

4. In the event that the customer has made a mistake in selecting a product, or has placed a duplicate order by mistake.

 5. When the zipper is entangled in the clothes.

Please try to pull the zipper out of the garment.
