Shipping policy

 

① About Shipping Period

After you purchase the product, we will ship the product in [3-7 business days excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays] after confirming your payment.

* Please note that the day of your order is not included.
* If you order a product with the description "Pre-order item", it will be shipped as soon as the product is completed.
* Depending on the timing of your order, we may not be able to confirm your order until the next business day. Please note.

* The above period is based on business days. After shipment is completed, we will notify you of the tracking number to your email address.

* Shipping may be delayed due to warehouse busy or delivery delays due to the delivery company.

Shipping fee is 800 yen for purchases under 10,000 yen within Japan. Free shipping for purchases over 10,000 yen.

Shipping to Okinawa Prefecture is a flat rate of 2,500 yen.

Shipping to all other countries other than Japan is $20 for orders under 15,000 yen and free for orders over 15,000 yen.

Please note that you cannot select the delivery company.
