Returns and Exchanges

We Are Unable to Accept Returns or Exchanges Due to Customer Circumstances. Please Understand This in Advance.

When Placing an Order, Please Carefully Confirm the Product Color, Size, Price, and Details Before Ordering.

*We Cannot Cancel Orders Due to Prolonged Absence or Refusal to Accept Delivery After Shipment.

*We Will Charge You for Re-Shipping Costs, Labor, and Other Expenses Incurred Due to Prolonged Absence or Refusal to Accept Delivery.

*Due to the Storage Period Limits of the Shipping Carrier, If You Are Absent for an Extended Period or Refuse to Accept the Product, and We Do Not Receive a Response to Our Contact Within 5 Days From the Date We Contact You After the Product Is Returned to Us, We Will Cancel the Order. in This Case, the Product Will Be Discarded and We Cannot Provide a Refund. Returns and Refunds Due to Missing Customs Id

If the Product Is Returned, Discarded, or Confiscated Due to Refusal to Provide Necessary Information or Inability to Contact, the Following Will Apply:

  • Shipping Fee Refund: in No Case Will Round-Trip Shipping Fees Be Refunded.

  • Refund Fee: We Will Refund Only the Product Price Minus the Return Handling Fee (restocking Fee) and Return Shipping Cost.

  • Product Disposal: If the Product Is Discarded Locally at Customs' Discretion, No Refund Will Be Issued, Including the Product Price.

3. Minor Stains, Loose Threads, Wrinkles, or Odors Are Present.

*In That Case, You Will Need to Make a Hole Yourself, So Please Understand This in Advance.

* All Products Are New, but Minor Defects May Occur Unavoidably During the Production Process.

4. You Made an Error in Product Selection, or Accidentally Placed a Duplicate Order.

5. Products Sold Under Special Conditions Such as Coupons or Sales

6. Underwear, Swimwear, Accessories, or Other Products That Come Into Direct Contact with Skin Without an Intermediary Garment

7. You Did Not Apply for Return or Exchange Within 3 Days of Receiving the Product

8. You Did Not Return the Product Within 5 Days of Approval for Return or Exchange

In Case of Defective Products or Incorrect Items Delivered
We Will Handle Returns or Product Exchanges. Please Submit Your Return or Exchange Request via the "Contact Form" or by Emailing Info@Belchic.shop with Your Order Number and Photos of the Relevant Areas. After Your Request Is Received, We Will Provide Instructions on How to Return or Exchange the Product. However, Please Note That We May Not Be Able to Accept Returns or Exchanges If Any of the Following Apply. Please Note That Shipping Costs for Exchanges Will Be Borne by the Customer.

  • You Did Not Apply for Return or Exchange Within 3 Days of Receiving the Product
  • The Product Shows Signs of Use, Damage, or Soiling
  • Product Tags or Accessories Are Missing
  • The Product Was Returned Using a Method Other Than the One We Specified
  • The Product Is Determined to Be Within the Range of Individual Variation
  • Minor Marks From Manufacturing (removable By Washing)
  • Regarding Loose Threads (thread Finishing)

Regarding Loose Threads on Products, If Pulling the Thread Does Not Create a Hole, There Is No Problem with the Product Itself. Please Trim the Loose Thread with Scissors and Use the Product as Normal. If You Believe There Is a Defect Such as a Hole Forming, Please Contact Our Customer Support by Email with Photos Attached.

If You Have Size Exchange Questions Before Purchase

In the Unlikely Event That the Product Size Provided Does Not Fit, We Will Handle Returns or Product Exchanges.
