How long does shipping take after placing an order?

At Belchic, after you place your order, our dedicated staff carefully inspects each item one by one and packs it with care.

Your order will be shipped within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the next business day after your order is confirmed.

I haven't received my order confirmation email

If your order was successfully completed, we will send an "Order Confirmation Email (automated)" to the email address you used when placing your order.
If you do not receive the email, please check your spam/junk mail folder.
Also, if you create an account before placing your order, you can check your order status from your account page on our site.

Important notifications such as shipping updates will be sent via email, so

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

We do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed. We appreciate your understanding.

Can I change the size or color after placing my order?

If you contact us before your order is processed, we may be able to accommodate your request.

Can I change the shipping address?

If you contact us before your order has been shipped, we can accommodate your request.

Please note that changes cannot be made after the item has been shipped.

My order hasn't arrived even though the shipping period has passed

We sincerely apologize. Some products may take longer than the standard shipping time.

Also, please note that entering an incorrect address during registration may cause delivery delays.

Is there a shipping fee?

For domestic (Japan) orders under 10,000 yen, a shipping fee of 800 yen applies. Free shipping on orders of 10,000 yen or more.
Shipping to Okinawa and other remote islands is 2,500 yen regardless of order amount.


For all countries outside Japan, shipping is $20 for orders under 15,000 yen, and free shipping on orders of 15,000 yen or more.

Please note that orders to remote islands may be cancelled depending on the number of items ordered. (Applies to Japan only)

Can I specify a delivery date and time?

We are unable to accommodate delivery date and time specifications. We appreciate your understanding.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally.

Credit Card Payment

VISA / Master card / AMEX are accepted.

PayPay

You can pay using pre-charged electronic money (PayPay balance).

Amazon Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay

You can pay using the credit card information registered with each service.

Buy Now, Pay Later (Paidy)

No credit card required. You can shop using just your email address and mobile number. Multiple purchases can be paid together by the 10th of the following month.

By registering for Paidy Plus (free), you can use features such as interest-free* 3-installment payments** and monthly budget settings.

Additionally, registering for Paidy Plus may increase your available credit limit.

*Interest-free only applies to bank transfer and direct debit payments.

**3-installment payment requires initial registration and is available only for purchases of 3,000 yen or more per transaction.

Will I receive a payment confirmation email?

For Credit Card/Apple Pay/Amazon Pay/Google Pay/Shop pay/Rakuten Pay/Merpay/LINE Pay/au Pay/PayPay,

payment is completed at the time of ordering.

If you have not received an order confirmation email and are concerned about whether your order was placed correctly, please contact us through the inquiry form.

For Paidy (Buy Now, Pay Later), an automated notification email will be sent from Paidy once payment is confirmed. Please add the following Paidy email address to your allowed senders list in advance.

Can I change my payment method after placing an order?

Due to our order processing system, we are unable to change the payment method once an order has been confirmed.

I selected "Buy Now, Pay Later" - what should I do?

If you selected Buy Now, Pay Later, a payment-related email will be sent from Paidy's email address. Please check whether you have received an email from the following address, including your spam folder.

*The subject line will read "[Paidy] Usage Notification." Also, please note that Paidy will confirm the billing and send the notification email by 1:00 PM on the 1st of the month following your order.

About Products

The color of the product differs from the product image

Colors may appear differently between product images and actual items due to lighting conditions during photography, your monitor settings, and the environment (outdoor or indoor lighting). We appreciate your understanding.

I was unable to receive my package. Can you reship it?

If you have a delivery notice, please request redelivery from the shipping carrier.

Please note that if the package was disposed of due to an incorrect address, we are unable to reship it.
If a package is returned due to extended absence or refusal of delivery, we will charge the round-trip shipping cost plus a handling fee (flat rate of 1,500 yen). Thank you for your understanding.


If redelivery is not arranged within 7 days due to extended absence or delivery refusal, the shipping carrier may dispose of the package. Please note that we cannot issue refunds for disposed packages.


Please be aware that repeated extended absences or delivery refusals may result in future orders being declined.
Additionally, if we determine the behavior to be problematic based on past transactions, all orders may be cancelled or declined.
Packages returned due to an unknown address will also be treated as extended absence, so please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order.
