Shipping policy

① About departure and arrival period

From the next business day when the order is confirmed, the product will be shipped on [3-7 business days except weekends and holidays].

* Please note that it is not included on the day of your order.
* If you order a product that has a description of "Reservation Products", it will be shipped as soon as the product is completed.
* Depending on the timing of your order, our confirmation may be the next business day. Please note.

* The above period is the business day standard. After the shipment is completed, we will notify you of the tracking number to the email address.

* Shipping may be delayed due to busy warehouses and delays in delivery due to delivery company reasons.

The shipping fee will be charged 500 yen if you purchase less than 10,000 yen in Japan. Free shipping on purchases over 10,000 yen.

Delivery to Okinawa Prefecture is 2,500 yen.

The shipping cost to all other countries other than Japan is free shipping for $ 20 and 15,000 yen or more for 15,000 yen or less.
